73rd Ave Storage is located at 4220 West 73rd Ave, Merrillville, IN 46410, just East of Burr, North side of the road.
What are the office hours?
We do not have an office onsite at our facility. You are welcome to contact us, and we'll be happy to go over your storage questions with you!
When can I access my space?
You'll have access to your parked vehicle 24/7, 365 days a year.
No overnight staying in or on your Boat, RV, Car or trailer allowed.
Am I required to store long-term?
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.
Required
To keep the facility in SAFE and great condition, All Trailers jacks must be blocked. Only one vehicle, trailer or boat per space. Please rent correct size or you will be charged for a the larger space and asked to to move to large space. Nothing should be sticking past or outisde your space. (NO DOUBLING CARS IN A SPACE ALLOWED.)
You are required to secure a space relative to the total length of your item. (Total end to end length) You will be charged the correct space length if you are over the space rented. You will have one week to move into the larger space length. Overlength items blocking driveways effects the safety and convenience to all customers The customer will be charged if ownership has to relocate your item.
Customer Safety & Property Security is FIRST
Sharing your acces code with others is not permitted (immediate household members only use). Renter is required to be present during any other type of access. You can not allow other parties access.
How do I pay my storage bill?
You can pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also speak to your facility manager about autopay.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as driver’s license, passport, or state ID. A license plate and or item discription is required.
What types of storage do you offer?
We offer uncovered 12 foot wide parking spaces outside with plans to offer traditional storage in the future. Our 50 foot spaces are 15 feet wide.
Spaces are 30 foot, 40 foot and 50 feet long. The total length of any RV, Boat & Trailor, Truck & trailor is what is used for pricing. If you are longer than the total length of the rented space, you will be asked to move to a larger space and charged appropriately.
